David J. Bartone is a graduate of Catholic University of America School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor. He was a member of The Catholic University Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Kent State University where he was also a member of  Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society.

 

After law school, he served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Nicholas S. Nunzio, District of Columbia Superior Court. He is a contributing author of “How to Survive and Thrive in the Merchant Services Industry.” Mr. Bartone is the author of various industry articles including “The ATM Surcharge Dispute in California: What Happens in the Wake of Judge Walker’s Preliminary Ruling in Favor of National Banks,” Article, Kiosk Magazine, February, 2001. Mr.Bartone is rated AV 5.0 out of 5 by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is a Member of the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, 2003 and the National Registry of Who’s Who, 1999.
